Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision within the above-mentioned period using the procedure available on the website or by contacting Customer Service.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the products must be returned within fourteen (14) days.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be intact and in the same condition in which they were received;
• be unused, unworn and unwashed;
• include all original tags, accessories and packaging;
• be free from signs of wear, damage or alterations other than those resulting from the normal inspection of the product.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are fixed at €12.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

In the case of defective, non-conforming or incorrectly shipped products, return costs will be borne by the Seller.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

In the event of a full withdrawal, the value of the returned products and any standard delivery costs paid with the order will be refunded, less any applicable return costs.

In the event of a partial withdrawal, only the value of the returned products will be refunded, less any applicable return costs.

The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received.

Size Exchange

The first size exchange is free of charge within fourteen (14) days from delivery of the order, subject to availability of the requested size.

If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may request a refund in accordance with this policy.
